Terms of sale

Terms of sale for the reports

These terms govern the purchase of Aamu Compliance website reports through a personal report page. Version 1.0, in force from 5 September 2026.

Language. This is an English translation provided for convenience. The binding version is the Finnish Toimitusehdot; in case of discrepancy the Finnish text prevails.

1. Seller

Aamu Advisory Oy, Finnish Business ID 3435542-4 ("we"). Aamu Compliance is the name Aamu Advisory Oy uses for this service. Address: Kauppakatu 14 8, 33210 Tampere, Finland. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products

We sell four electronic reports on one named website: an accessibility report, a security report, a search visibility (SEO) report and a legal compliance report. The reports are based on an automated, passive review of the site's public pages at the time the check was run (the date is shown on the report page and in the report). Reports are delivered as HTML in Finnish and English.

3. Prices

One report €29, all four reports together €99. Prices exclude VAT; Finnish VAT of 25.5 % is added at checkout. The total is shown before payment, and a receipt with a VAT breakdown is sent to the email address given at payment. A VAT identification number given at checkout is shown on the invoice.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd by card or other methods offered at checkout. We do not store card details. The data Stripe processes is described in our privacy notice.

5. Delivery

The reports can be read on your report page (address of the form aamucompliance.fi/k/…) as soon as payment is confirmed. They remain available at least for the validity period of the link stated on the report page (normally 60 days from the check). We recommend saving or printing the reports to PDF. If payment has been charged but the reports do not open within 10 minutes, contact us and we will deliver them manually.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The reports are electronic content intended for businesses and organisations, delivered immediately after payment. We sell reports for business purposes only; by paying, the buyer confirms acting on behalf of a company or other organisation. The consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. We do not require a business ID; a business ID or VAT number may be given at checkout for the invoice if wished.

Satisfaction guarantee. Regardless of the above, we refund the full price of a report if you are not satisfied with it, for any reason. Notice to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase is enough; no justification is needed, although feedback helps us improve the reports. The refund is made to the same payment method via Stripe. After a refund, access to the reports ends. The guarantee applies once per report per site.

7. What a report is not

A report is informational. It is not a certificate of conformance or non-conformance, not legal advice and not a security test. Automated checks detect roughly half of the accessibility criteria, security checks are passive, and legal findings are indicators. Every report contains a section on what it does not cover.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect damages or for actions taken or not taken on the basis of a report. This limitation does not apply to liability under mandatory law.

9. Intellectual property and licence

The buyer receives an unlimited right to use the report within its own organisation and may pass it to its developers and partners for the purpose of fixing the site. The report may not be resold.

10. Personal link

The address of the report page is personal and unguessable. Anyone holding the address can see the purchased reports; the buyer is responsible for sharing the link only within its organisation. We may close the link in case of misuse and deliver the reports by other means.

11. Governing law and disputes

Finnish law applies. Disputes are primarily settled by negotiation; otherwise they are heard by the District Court of Pirkanmaa.
